Veggie Chimichanga

Spinach flour tortilla deep fried stuffed with peppers, spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, squash, onions and tomatoes, covered with cheese sauce. Served with rice, black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream.
